We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as updated.

Informational Purposes Only: The content, data, "grades", "scores", AI analysis, and all other information provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only.
No Recommendation: No content on the Service constitutes—or should be understood as constituting—a recommendation to enter into any securities transactions or to engage in any specific investment strategy.
Algorithmic Nature: The "Buy", "Sell", or "Hold" signals and the "Elite/Watch" grades generated by our algorithms are based on historical data and technical indicators. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

03. Subscriptions, Credits & Cancellation

Automatic Renewal & Billing: The Service operates on a recurring subscription basis.Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and you will be charged the applicable fee until you explicitly cancel your plan.There is no automatic downgrade; access continues as long as the subscription remains active.

Monthly Credit Allocation: Each billing cycle provides a specific amount of diagnostic credits.Credits are non-cumulative and do not roll over.Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period and reset upon renewal.

No Refunds: Due to the immediate access provided to market data, all sales are final. No refunds or prorated credits are offered for partially used periods.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. To avoid the next charge, cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Access Post-Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to the Terminal and any remaining credits until theend of your current paid billing month.Once the period expires, your access will be restricted.

04. User Accounts & Security

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password) and agree not to share your account access with third parties.

05. Service Availability & Termination

Right to Terminate: We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Discontinuation of Service: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time.

No Compensation: In the event of a permanent shutdown or discontinuation of the Service, we are not obligated to refund unused credits or subscription time, and we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

06. Prohibited Use

Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
Use automated systems (bots, spiders, scrapers) to access or copy data from the Service without our express permission.
Resell or redistribute the data provided by the Service.

07. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Stockmaster AI, its operators, affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this Service.

08. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
